Whatwe're looking for

Weare seeking passionate individuals studying SoftwareEngineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems,Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field. If you love project management, andhave strong interpersonal skills, we want you!

Aspart of the team, you will work under a Project Manager and assist with taskssuch as data collection, analysis, and preparing strategic reports. Work willinclude supporting with the migration of our different JIRA instances to thecloud version of JIRA. This requires an understanding and working with PowerBI, Jira and JQL, and possibly Tableau.

Whatyou'll be doing

This is a project management internship and willlast for 6 months. This internship will provide the opportunity to learn aboutProject Management and Industrial Software Development. Based in Prague, CzechRepublic, you will work on projects that will give you hands-on experience withinnovative software development tools, project management methodology, businessanalysis, quality assurance and organizational change. The opportunity willallow you to sharpen your communication and problem-solving skills in abusiness environment.

You will help with maintaining and extendingour cloud version of Atlassian JIRA. A meaningful amount of effort will berequired to enhance the dashboards and metric tools that are currently deployedon the existing JIRA projects. These dashboards combine data from agile epicsand stories from several projects via customized queries, to present them inoverviews for overall management. This requires an understanding and workingwith Power BI, Jira and JQL, and possibly Tableau.

General Responsibilities

• Supportproject managers in handling schedules and milestones

• Assistingwith documentation and other project deliverables

• Identifyingand managing constraints, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies,documenting risk mitigation plans

• Coordinatingactivities between project team members and stakeholders

• Contributeto the reporting of project status

Whatyou'll bring

• A confirmedunderstanding and working with Power BI, Jira and JQL, and possiblyTableau

• Good MSOffice or equivalent skills

• Solidwritten and oral communication skills, in English

• Paysattention to detail

• Atechnical background or interest helps a lot in daily communication

• Junior,senior, or current graduate student pursuing studies in Software Engineering,Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems, BusinessManagement, Business Administration (or a related field) or equivalent workexperience
