As such, tools and capabilities need to keep pace toaddress the most urgent and pervasive challenges to solve. These challengesrange from analysis on the smallest levels of silica to massive data centersthat require new cooling schemes to stay operational.

As part ofSiemens, Simulation & Test Solutions segment is well positioned to leverageour world-class simulation and test capabilities alongside market leadingSiemens Electronic Design Automation (EDA) capabilities to bring unique valueto the market and provide significant business impact. As the SimcenterApplications Product Manager for Electronics & Semiconductors (E&S),you will ensure that our portfolio of products addresses the challenges of themarket in a comprehensive and holistic manner, while collaborating closely withother Siemens business units.

• You work with customers and othersin the industry to understand industry trends and challenges. You use marketresearch to define priorities and construct a roadmap to address the mostmeaningful and impactful use cases in the application.

• Working across the solutiondomains, you create proposals and define specific requirements for newsimulation capabilities. If you are someone that has a curiosity about clearlycommunicating with multiple levels within an organization at a variety oftechnical levels, this may be the position for you.

• Spreading the word is just asimportant as building cutting edge technology. You work with Specialists tocreate demonstration cases and compelling material to show the E&S industrywhat we are capable of. If showing clear business value is one of your skills,then we should talk.

Your qualifications

We arelooking for someone who is an experienced product manager with a track recordof delivering impactful solutions to the market. This requires comfort withmarket sizing, conducting customer interviews, and the ability to create anddrive a strategy to maximize our business impact. At Simcenter Applications wedrive core applications across all Simcenter teams, so strong coordination andleadership are essential. • You are highly motivated and yourconfirmed experience with strategic business / product management or projectplanning and execution makes you able to take charge of large initiatives.

• You are defined as a self-starterthat can lead in a globally distributed organization and across cultures.

• You demonstrate leadership skillscombined with good communication skills in English, which give you the abilityto connect with people at different levels of management and technicalbackgrounds. Strong interpersonal skills are an advantage for internal andexternal networking.

As the truebridge between teams, you facilitate alignment of deliverables and dependenciesbetween teams to ensure efficient execution that is aligned with strategy. You candrive progress of complex projects with agility and flexibility.
