Procurement Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the procurement of various electronic components on e-commerce platforms;
• Cooperate with sales personnel to complete inquiries for various types of electronic components;
• Manage purchase orders, track order progress, and ensure timely delivery;
• Handle issues arising during procurement, including but not limited to quality problems and delivery delays;
• Having certain supplier development capabilities and developing valuable electronic component suppliers both domestically and internationally;
• Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers, conduct effective negotiations to secure optimal pricing and delivery terms;
• Collaborate with the platform operation team to propose effective requirements and suggestions, and assist in improving various functions of the platform.

• More than 3-5 years of working experience in the electronic distribution industry;
• Familiar with the sales-related work processes of original electronic component manufacturers and authorized distributors;
• Proficient in placing orders and purchasing on various electronic component trading platforms;
• Possessing certain technical and application knowledge of electronic components;
• Enthusiastic and interested in the procurement of electronic components and the development of suppliers;
• Proficient in using office software (Office);
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in English；
• Good teamwork spirit and the ability to handle pressure.
