Partner Sales Executive 3 (Vietnam)

Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager (South Vietnam) to be based in Ho Chi Minh. As part of the Software Sales team, lead and implement industry focused, consultative and value-added software sales engagements through business partners with customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the dedicated partners to achieve their business targets of selling Siemens Industry Software on a broad portfolio of PLM/MOM solutions by:
• Create the strong business plan together with the assigned partners.
• Work closely with the partners to complete the activities as their plan.
• Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.
• Support the Partner to meet compliance and quality standards required by Siemens.

• Minimum 12 years of Partner sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment with a consistent track record of success, existing partner relationships
• Software company background is preferred.
• Must have a Manufacturing domain expertise.
• Excellent communication in English
• Proficient in speaking Chinese would be an advantage.
