Order Management Analyst with German

Warsaw, Poland

A Global Order Management Analyst manages theday-to-day operations associated with the licensing of Siemens softwareproducts. The analyst supports the Digital Industries Software business unitwithin the Global Order to Cash division. It is expected for the analyst tohave a fundamental understanding of the order-to-cash process as well as theability to interpret conventional tasks associated with the process.

As an Order Management Analyst with German, you will process customer ordersor change on orders from sales staff or direct customer contact. You willverify accuracy of orders and order changes and resolve order problems withcustomers or sales staff. You will be responsible for maintaining customerfiles with sales contracts and other information.

What aremy daily responsibilities?

  • Timely processing, delivering, and invoicing of orders in SAP
  • Maintaining customer data
  • Solving post-sale customer queries (in German or English), licensing and invoicing issues
  • Corporate Policy validations and role specific process adherence
  • License Key Management
  • Project and process improvement engagement
  • Coordination of proper documents and information flow
  • Implementing world-class customer service

What aremy requirements?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, flexibility
  • Fluent German (speaking and writing)
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Strong motivation to work and multitasking mindset
  • SAP experience preferred
