You will be hands-on, and play an intrinsic part of the development process using the Mendix platform. You will be responsible for the preparation and execution of multiple phases; through project planning, development and successful customer adoption. Communication throughout the project is crucial - you will be the "go-to" person for management updates to the customer, partners and within Mendix. As well as working with customers, you will be supporting our partners and will be a catalyst to influencing the success of Mendix technology implementations, as well as driving adoption of our methodology.
You'll help our customers drive digital innovation by:
- Becoming a Mendix expert to steer innovation within Mendix technology implementations
- Supporting customers, as well as partners, in enabling them to become self-sufficient with the Mendix platform

Requirements:
- More than 5 years of software development experience, including front-end, back-end, cloud automation and orchestration. Knowledge of microservices and container technologies
- More than 4 years of development experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Mendix or other low-code platforms, or full-stack development, including backends such as Java, Python, .Net, C++, etc.
- Develop front-end user interfaces using Angular HTML, CSS, Sass and JavaScript frameworks such as React/Angular and jQuery
- Understanding of the single sign-on process; OAuth2 and/or CAS or SAML experience is a plus
- Experience in one or more of the following technical skills: data design, development, and optimization, such as relational databases/SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Experience with cloud-native deployments using CI/CD pipelines such as Git/SVN, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of command-line-based administration of Linux servers
- Understanding of RESTful, SOAP APIs or middleware, experience working with web servers (Apache/NGINX/IIS)
- Technical/Business Communication - Clearly communicate solution design to customers
- Good to have: Intermediate/Advanced level knowledge of Mendix
- Good to have: Siemens Teamcenter or SAP development knowledge.
- Interested in cloud-native and mobile technologies such as Responsive, PWA, or Native
- Self-directed, resource-efficient, and interested in finding solutions to complex problems
- Experience leading and delivering software projects or working for an organization focused on software development
- Enthusiasm for interacting with customers to drive innovation within the organization
- Have a bachelor's/master's degree in computer science (or technical equivalent)
- Able to travel to customer sites in the APAC region (countries such as Australia, Singapore, Japan, etc.)
- Able to communicate in English
