We're on the hunt for an experienced and hands-on HR Generalist to join our team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. If you're passionate about people, thrive in dynamic environments and love solving real business challenges, payroll regulations, this role is built for you! You'll be the go-to HR expert for operational and strategic support, collaborating across departments and helping us build a compliant, thriving, and people-first culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide HR guidance and support to leaders and employees across departments
  • Lead and coordinate payroll operations in line with labor laws and internal controls
  • Collaborate with Finance on tax, auditing, and payroll inquiries
  • Advise on HR policies, processes, and compliance, partnering with Legal when needed
  • Support talent decision including new hires, promotions, transfers, and compensation
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and L&D to meet leadership and employee development needs
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues with thorough and objective investigations
  • Support integration activities for M&A and organizational change
  • Contribute to HR projects, round tables, and reporting initiatives
  • Manage local and international transfers, helping employees navigate transitions

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of payroll systems, labor compliance, and HR best practices
  • Analytical mindset with great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with HRIS tools like Workday or SAP, plus Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English, and Spanish is a big plus
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; Master's degree is a bonus
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HR Generalist roles with a focus on payroll and employee relations.
