We are now looking for a talented graduate, to join our team at Siemens Digital Industries Software.

About the Position

Over 25 intensive and exciting months, the program will provide you with unique expertise within Siemens and the opportunity to establish a global network within the organisation. You will be able to manage and plan rotations within the organisation yourself and gain experience working on real project assignments based on business needs. To be successful, it is essential that you are proactive and genuinely committed, and that you are attracted by the advanced technology and innovations that characterise Siemens. You will work with the latest technology and build the competencies you need for the future. As a graduate with us, you will have a permanent position from day one and a dedicated manager and mentor to support your career in the company.

• You will graduate with a Master of Science in Engineering degree no later than spring 2025 and are at the beginning of your career; your degree should not be older than two years.
• You are a communicative team player with the ambition to develop yourself, the business you work in, and our customers in various industries.
• You are a goal-oriented and driven person.
• You have very good written and spoken knowledge of both Swedish and English.
• You have a valid work permit.
• You are attracted to working in an international environment.
