Job Description

Performs administrative duties for Sr. VP & General Manager. Work requires some analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment with frequent access to confidential and highly complex information. Is knowledgeable of corporate policy and procedures. Is often called upon to interpret and communicate the Executive's intent to other leaders. Works effectively with little or no supervision.

Core Administrative Activities include but are not limited to:

  • Represent the Sr. VP & General Manager setting priorities independently when committing executive's time. Organize and coordinate complex and often confidential calendar.
  • Act as liaison with customers, partners, and team members in a professional and effective manner, as the Executive Administrative Assistant is recognized as a key contact within the organization
  • Coordinate and conduct special projects and preparation for senior management meetings, including collaboration with various staff and departments
  • Effectively communicate Executive's direction to staff
  • Initiate and formulate complex travel arrangements according to calendar, anticipate and prepare detailed itineraries for Executive
  • Manage and submit expense reports
  • Gather, collate, and issue reports on a regular basis as requested
  • Perform administrative tasks involving purchasing transactions including submission and tracking of internal requests including but not limited to purchase orders; contracts subscription renewals; software ordering
  • Must work as a team member with the other administrative assistants in the division, sharing workloads and tasks when necessary
  • Admin Team Lead - Guide and mentor other organization administrative assistants
  • Define and maintain organization specific processes and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience providing administrative support in a corporate setting
  • Strong Office 365 skills: Word, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint
  • Must have strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines
  • Exercise discretion, confidentiality and show initiative
  • Ability to work effectively with short deadlines and frequent interruptions
  • SharePoint knowledge is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and influence management skills
  • Hybrid Schedule- Tuesday and Wednesday in-office each week, May vary, based on needs of the Team
  • BS/BA degree (or equivalent) is preferred, but not required
  • Experience in the EDA industry is desirable
  • Project management experience is desirable

The hourly range for this position is $32.40 to $58.31 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
