Siemens Software isseeking Employee Experience Specialists for our newly createdPeople & Organisation (P&O) EMEA Hub.

The challenge:

You will have the uniqueopportunity to be a part of the new team from the beginning and to help shapethe working environment. This is a pivotal role related to the transition of HRprocesses and team building activities.

The P&O function atSiemens Digital Industries Software provides global services for more than25,000 employees. Due to ongoing growth and development, our new Hubin Katowice will support 20+ countries of the EMEA region in employee experienceand people partnering processes.

What are my requirements?

• Workingexperience within the HR environment in Shared Services structures, includingtransition activities, administration and process & tool setup (practicalknowledge of Workday is a plus)

• Practicalknowledge of MS Office

• Universitydegree or equivalent experience

• Excellentcommunication skills and open-mindedness

• Ability tobuild strong relationships with business partners at all levels

• Strongattention to detail and accuracy

• Experiencein a multicultural environment

• Very goodwritten and verbal practical knowledge of English language (minimum B2+)

• Very goodwritten and verbal practical knowledge of Flemish or Dutch;

What are my responsibilities?

• Workclosely with Siemens employees in relation to employee experience activities -being first point of contact in all HR matters, handling the inquiries

• Establishand sustain productive working relationships within assigned areas, providingadvice on a variety of employee topics and the creation / implementation ofprocedures, relevant employment legislation

• Taking careof employee lifecycle processes - onboarding, offboarding, everydaysupport

• Preparingemployee documentation

• Enhancingemployee engagement e.g. preparing surveys and required measurements

• Developingthe employee experience environment and framework: communicationapproaches, tools, best practice initiatives

• Reviewingmanagement practices and their impact on the employee experience

• Maintainingthe knowledge base for the employees at any level

What will be my work style ?

The hybrid model (Katowice, Wrocław or Warsaw office).
