Digital Marketing Manager (Incubation Services) - US Hybrid

The selectedcandidate will have the opportunity to help solve real business challengesthrough innovative solutions and processes that incorporate the latestmarketing and analytics technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), machinelearning (ML), data analytics, and cloud.

TheIncubation Services Marketing Manager is expected to:

• Analyzedata to identify trends and patterns to optimize go-to-market strategies.
• Researchnew processes and solutions for targeted improvement areas.
• Pilotnew ways to optimize the user journey - define assets for testing.
• Managethe lifecycle of successful pilots from inception through implementation andenablement.
• Coordinateand facilitate meetings involving multiple audiences across the organization.
• Developdashboards to track, measure and communicate results.

TheIncubation Services Marketing Manager has these skills:

• Practicalexperience with marketing and sales principles and practices
• Knowledgeof digital marketing practices and analytics

RequiredKnowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:

• Bachelor'sdegree in marketing, digital marketing, or digital tech related field
• 5+of experience in GTM digital marketing management, digital marketing analytics,sales & marketing funnel management, or similar
• Strongwriting skills, highly organized, detail-focused, and critical thinking
• Abilityto multi-task, work with a team, deadline driven, desire to work in afast-paced environment while handling multiple projects.
• Creativeand problem-solving mindset
• Datavisualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau a plus
• Experiencewith marketing and web scraping tools like Google Analytics a plus

The salaryrange for this position is $120,800 to $217,400 and this role is eligible toearn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on thesuccessful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, includingjob-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
