Cloud Devops Engineer

Role Overview:

As a Cloud Operations DevOps Engineer, you will develop and manage a multi-cloud platform for Siemens Cloud products. This role focuses on ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a highly available (99.99%) cloud platform.

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.

Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitLab-CI.

Automate infrastructure deployment and operational tasks using Python, Golang, Bash, and PowerShell.

Collaborate with teams in networks, security, computing, and storage to optimize system performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve incident and problem management issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

3-5 years of relevant work experience.

Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field.

Expertise in Linux OS, AWS (ECS, EKS, VPC, IAM), and Azure equivalents.

Strong experience with DevOps tools, including GitOps, ChatOps, and CMDB.

Knowledge of Kubernetes, RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud security best practices.

Agile methodology experience with strong communication and collaboration skills.
