What role will you play?
- DISW is continually evolving through inorganic growth. You will use youraccounting and financial expertise to manage the global integration of newlyacquired businesses into our processes including full consolidation, purchaseprice allocation and policy alignment.
- Youwill be the first point of contact for all accounting topics in the integrationproject and work in a dynamic multi-disciplinary team including finance,reporting, tax, transfer pricing, legal entity reporting, legal, and many more.
- Weare looking for someone with a passion for technology, who can support with thedeployment of our ERP system and other finance and reporting tools.
- Youwill work at the big picture level to ensure overall project success but alsoat a detailed level to manage the integration on a step-by-step basis.

- Beinterested in the challenge of working in a dynamic and fast passedinternational environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of recent proven accounting experience role / CPA or equivalent preferred.
- Displaystrong accounting and valuation knowledge, strong analytical skills, andbusiness judgment with good attention to detail.
- Experience with mergers & integrations good to have - open to training the right candidate.
- Demonstratingstrong project management expertise paired with self-determination andstrategic judgment.
- Additionalconsideration given to candidates with knowledge of SAP or a similar ERPsystem.
Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday
Thesalary range for this position is $99,000 to $178,200 and this role iseligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered isbased on the successful candidate's work location as well as additionalfactors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevanteducation/training.
