Application Engineer-Hardware Assisted Verification

We are seeking a highly motivated Application Engineer with expertise in emulation and prototyping platforms to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and support for customers adopting Veloce hardware-assisted verification platform. You will collaborate closely with customers, sales teams, and R&D to drive successful deployment of emulation/prototyping methodologies, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure customer success in complex SoC/ASIC verification environments during evaluation & post-sales service. You will continue to learn and support state of the art Siemens EDA hardware-assisted verification solutions aiding customers to solve complex verification and design challenges.

Job Descriptions
o Drive business for Siemens EDA using hands-on technical expertise. Requires working directly with customers as a part of the sales team during product evaluations to ensure technical milestones are met.
o Deploy Siemens EDA emulation software and hardware solutions at customers orDeploy Siemens EDA FPGA prototyping software and hardware at customers
o Promote technical customer service to build and improve customer relationships to ensure long term customer satisfaction and become the go-to expert for all of customers inquiries and support
o Work closely with area sales management, account teams and customers to understand business opportunities and requirements
o Troubleshoot and remove technical obstacles. Develop and deliver technical presentations on new features and product updates
o Provide in-depth technical feedback and product ideas to our emulation product development teams to improve overall product
o Communicate customers' technical requirements to product marketing
o Develop a network of technical relationships at a peer-to-peer level with our customers
o Work collaboratively with team members to ensure mutual success
Job Qualifications
o BS or MS in EE, CE, CS or related areas
o at least 3 years' experience in design, verification, simulation, emulation/prototyping of electronics chips and systems or recent experience as an Applications Engineer in a relevant field
o Understanding of computer architecture including industry standard interfaces and memory subsystems
o Good understanding and experience of SoC design and verification methodologies and technologies
o Experience of SystemVerilog, Verilog and VHDL RTL design
o Experience of SystemVerilog, UVM, SystemC and/or C/C++ for IP and/or sub-system level verification
o Debugging experience of interface protocols such as PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, CXL and UCIe is a plus
o Experience with hardware assisted verification platform - emulation/FPGA is a plus
o A good level in English, both writing and oral skills
o Strong trouble shooting skills and problem solving skills
o Proactive, a strong team player and willing to accept challenges, learn new technologies and methodologies
o Must enjoy working with customers and cross-functional teams among R&D, product management, sales and marketing
