APAC Compliance Officer / Export Control Business Partner (Chinese speaking)

Key Responsibilities:

• As compliance officer you ensure that the local Siemens Software Business adheres to legal standards and internal policies. Responsible for implementing and managing compliance programs including data privacy, supporting audits, and providing guidance to prevent legal and regulatory violations.
• As Export Control Business Partner, you interface with Siemens Software Business in China & Asia for Export Control topics.
• Deliver regular tailored Trainings / Communication for Software Business as required.
• Reviewing and resolving Export Control escalations.
• Monitor / Manage Export Control / Compliance Risks for DI SW.
• Ensure Export Control Clauses are used in Contracts and assess any deviations.
• Liaise with External and Internal Auditors & govt officials for relevant regulatory topics.
• Manage any enhanced export control due diligence activity.

• You have an excellent command of the Chinese and English language and strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.
• You have completed a primary bachelor's degree in management or a related field.
• Experience in Compliance / Export Control / trade compliance or related areas such as Legal, Customs, Logistics, Privacy and/or Governance is a bonus.
• Desire to understand US, EU and China export control regulations.
• Proven project management skills, including analytics, metric measurement and continuous monitoring expectations and deliverables.
• Experience with computer systems / ERP systems.
• Experience delivering training is preferred.
