TheSiemens EDA Global Sales team is seeking a motivated sales team member to growour pipeline of new business in the Central Region. This is a unique rolefocused heavily on prospecting and lead generation coupled with the opportunityto partner directly with senior account managers and directors within theterritory. Our account managers are adept at building and expanding existingbusiness with current customers and have a passion for creating new businessopportunities; they maximize business relationships through collaboration,capitalizing on the global network to realize corporate objectives.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Prospectand identify new business opportunities
- Attendconferences and industry events to identify new customers
- Generatenew business opportunities through tracking venture funding
- Deliveron quarterly and annual numbers while maintaining focus on competition,customer, and technology landscapes to form a strategic near- and long-termoutlook
- Identifyand build strong relationships with customers and uncover customer desiredobjectives or needs
- Supportsenior account managers and directors in developing the vision, direction, andstrategy for delivering customer solutions and increasing revenue
- Supportsenior account managers and directors on negotiation plans, working closelywith sales management, finance, legal, and the customer
- Coordinateeffective collaboration with field technical teams and customers to drivetechnology adoption and proliferation
Position Qualifications
- Youhave an interest or desire in the EDA or IC design space, including experiencein customer-facing roles.
- Youhave a broad understanding of EDA solutions and can demonstrate in an interviewyour understanding of EDA solutions.
- Youpossess strong oral and written communication and presentation skills and candemonstrate confidence in front of a customer.
- Youare adaptable and resilient the face of challenges and experience handlingcompeting priorities with an ability to address and solve problems in a timelymanner.
- Youare motivated by the opportunity to prospect for new sales opportunities and movethose opportunities from identification to business closure.
- Bachelor'sdegree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent combinationof education and experience.
Working Conditions/PhysicalRequirements:
Hybrid Up to50% travel may be required.

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday
The totalcash compensation range for this position is $101,700 to $203,400 with 40% of thisbeing comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offeredis based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additionalfactors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevanteducation/training.
