Asa member of the EDA Northwest/Southwest sales team, you are responsible forachieving business targets and strategic objectives for the assignedterritory. You will be tasked withworking with the technical team to build a funnel of future business coveringthe full Siemens EDA portfolio.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the followingactivities:
- Ideal candidate has a willingness toprospect and identify new business and the ability to close that business.. They should be skilled in building andexpanding existing business within a range of customers, as well as a passionto create new business opportunities; he/she maximizes business relationshipsthrough collaboration, capitalizing on the global network to realize corporateobjectives
- Maintains an appropriate focus oncompetitive, customer and technology landscapes to form a strategic, near termand long-term outlook
- Excellent business judgment andability to formulate a vision, direction and strategy to maximize new business
- Identifying and building strongrelationships with key customers, executives and decision makers
- Understanding of EDA solutions andability to articulate these solutions
- Ensure effective collaboration withfield technical teams and the customers to drive technology adoption andproliferation
Job Qualifications
- A proven understanding of complex EDA technical solutions
- Ability to prospect for new sales opportunities and movethose opportunities form identification to business closure
- Be a aspirational leader for other early in careercolleagues
- Demonstrated adaptability and resilience in the face ofchallenges
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results that are optimizedat the company level (balanced between company and customer), then team,themselves
- Ability to handle competing priorities with an ability toaddress and solve problems on a timely manner
- Possess outstanding oral and written communication andpresentation skills to all organizational levels, including executive, C-Levelleadership
- Bachelor's degree in EE or CS or equivalent, 5 years ofrelated experience

The totalcash compensation range for this position is $135,700 to $271,400 with 40% of thisbeing comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offeredis based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additionalfactors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevanteducation/training.
