We are currently seeking a highly driven Senior Salesforce Business Analyst responsible for building Salesforce solutions that solve our complex business scenarios.

The day to day:

As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work closely with internal business units and technology teams to automate and improve business processes by delivering solutions in Salesforce and other applications in the CRM ecosystem. The role will focus on maintaining and extending the company's Salesforce CRM system. You will interface with Business stakeholders to capture their vision as it relates to their processes and translate that into tangible Salesforce solutions, working closely with engineering teams.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to collect business requirements, research and identify end-user needs, manage change requests, and convert business requirements into functional requirements.
  • Explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to others who may have minimal technical knowledge using oral, written and visual presentations.
  • Create user stories and new process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our stakeholders.
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and the tech team to define, prioritize, tasks and deliverables.
  • Ensure that new features are implemented according to specification, through collaborating with development and quality assurance groups
  • Coordinate testing with business stakeholders, review test scenarios, conduct UAT sessions in collaboration with the quality assurance team.
  • Manage and communicate the status of deliverables, issues and risks across multiple work streams.
  • Contribute to providing training resources for cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate the key features and values of products to clients and end users.
  • Assist in the prioritization of helpdesk tickets that involve product issues.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM in the capacity of Business Analyst/Product owner.
  • Strong analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.
  • Proven track record of the ability to identify and interpret business requirements into application (functional) requirements and IT solutions.
  • Experience with a large, functionally diverse, and informed user base that demands high quality applications is desired.

Any of the below is an added bonus:

  • Experience in various aspects of software development lifecycle, including development, project management, business analysis, UI design
  • Experience with SFDC Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, SFDC Communities.
  • Strong meeting/workshop facilitation skills and documentation experience.
  • Experience with application integration and developing workflow and functional use cases.
  • Demonstrated experience with iterative or agile project methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to author a range of high-quality deliverables.
  • Proven ability to articulate application requirements and functionality to IT peers.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage different and often conflicting objectives/activities at one time.
  • Experience in quickly and effectively adjusting priorities and goals in changing circumstances.
  • Maturity in dealing with all levels of business and IT management. Strengthen relationships across business by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve business objectives.
  • Proven customer service skills necessary to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  • Strong adaptability skills to learn different technologies.
  • Experience with business process engineering, organizational change management, performing cost-benefit analyses, data modeling, normalization, and SQL queries are all desirable.
