As a Project Manager in the Shutterstock Transformation Office, you will be at the forefront of executing complex transformative initiatives with a focus on strategic priorities. This role demands hands-on project management expertise, requiring you to work closely with cross-functional teams across various business units and geographies to implement strategic solutions that drive Shutterstock's transformational goals.The role will report into VP, Business Transformation. Our team's goal is to deliver and establish best-in-class operations to support the company.

The day to day:
As a Project Manager, Transformation office at Shutterstock, you will:
- Strategic Implementation:
- Lead the detailed execution of strategic aspects within transformative projects, ensuring alignment with Shutterstock's strategic vision.
- Work hands-on with cross-functional teams to in Sales, Finance & Technology to implement impactful solutions that drive tangible business outcomes.
- Play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and oversight of high-impact transformation projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with Transformation Business Analyst, colleagues, and stakeholders to understand strategic project requirements and objectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating effective communication and cooperation across diverse functions and geographies.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with stakeholders at a strategic level, ensuring their requirements are met and incorporating real-time feedback into project execution.
- Provide hands-on support to address strategic challenges and opportunities as they arise.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with Shutterstock's overarching transformation objectives.
- Strategic Risk Management:
- Identify and address strategic risks associated with projects, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage strategic issues in real-time, ensuring swift resolution to minimize impact on project timelines.
- Quality Assurance at Scale:
- Lead all execution aspects of project deliverables, ensuring adherence to best-in-class and high-quality standards.
- Implement and monitor quality ocesses at a strategic level throughout the project lifecycle.
- Change Leadership:
- Collaborate with Transformation Business Analysts to implement strategic change initiatives.
- Provide hands-on support in communicating strategic changes and addressing resistance at a grassroots level.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Significant consulting industry experience in large-scale/cross-functional transformations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience as a Implementation Project Manager in a transformative or consulting context.
- Strong strategic project management skills with a focus on delivering tangible results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to navigate and execute strategic aspects of complex transformations.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading large scale intiatives across multiple geographies (Amers, APAC, EMEA etc).
- Self-starter who is intellectually curious and not afraid to seek out projects independently.
- High standard for integrity required for exposure to confidential company data.
