The Opportunity:

GIPHY Pro represents a new era for GIPHY, where we are building a new line of revenue rooted in providing high value to the thousands of apps that natively integrate the GIPHY API.

GIPHY is seeking an Enterprise Sales Lead to join the GIPHY Pro sales team. You will be responsible for driving sales from our platform partner and developer network, identifying and acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales for a technical product line and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment where everyone pitches in to fulfill our goals as we build out the team and product line.

  • Help GIPHY build the foundation of a new business that can grow and thrive into the future.
  • Prospect, develop and manage a book of business to achieve and exceed revenue goals. Showcase the value proposition and benefits of GIPHY to its integration partners, and the ways that our offering can enrich their product and users' experience.
  • Maintain a well-managed and organized sales pipeline using CRM tools, providing accurate forecasts and regular updates on the status of deals and prioritizing leads based on potential value and likelihood of closing.
  • Maintain a partnership mindset, and think long term. Deliver high value and top quality customer service to GIPHY's partners, setting up for growth and renewals.
  • Manage end-to-end on-boarding of new API partnership to ensure successful and timely launch.
  • Become a client's key point of contact for GIPHY Pro. As this business and team grows, candidates will need to pitch in to ensure success, including a smooth onboarding, account management, and ongoing customer support.
  • Work closely with the product and solutions teams to understand offerings thoroughly.
  • Become a culture leader for GIPHY, contributing to a positive team culture and GIPHY overall.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

  • 4+ years experience in B2B sales with proven success record.
  • Knowledge and experience with positioning and selling technical products with an understanding of how to compromise on technical constraints with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic approach to developing the customer, looking beyond short-term targets to build a pipeline for long-term growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve shared business goals.
  • A passion for internet culture, social platforms, short form content and powering self expression around the world.

The OTE range for this position is below:

• $180,000 - $220,000 per year in New York

Commission-eligible roles are expressed as on-target earnings (base and commission). Non-commission roles are expressed as base salary only but are also eligible for annual incentives.
