Account Executive, Studios + Live Assignments

The Day to Day:

• Strategic Pipeline Management: Spearhead the development and management of Studios pipeline, with a target value exceeding 3-5X quota. Your knack for execution will be the driving force behind achieving these ambitious goals.
• Collaborative Outreach: Engage in seamless coordination with our SDR team to craft effective outreach plans. You'll also collaborate with Enterprise Marketing and Studios team to ensure alignment and relevance in sales materials.
• Client Relationship Building: Forge enduring relationships with clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and aspirations. Your insights will be invaluable in guiding them towards success with Shutterstock Studios and maximizing the value they derive from our solutions.
• Industry Expertise: Stay attuned to the latest trends across the global creative landscape, including immersive production and XR technologies. Your insights will inform compelling opportunities to pitch to brands, agencies, and media organizations, driving Shutterstock Studios towards new horizons.
• Strategic Account Management: Work closely with Client Partners to develop tailored account plans, ensuring the delivery of Studios targets and fostering balanced growth.
• Opportunity Identification: Identify and capitalize on Studios opportunities within existing and prospective accounts, leveraging your astute understanding of customer requirements and dedication to delivering value.
• Trusted Advisorship: Earn the trust of clients by establishing positive relationships grounded in a profound knowledge of their requirements, including immersive production and XR technologies. Your dedication to delivering value will position you as a trusted advisor, driving client references and advocacy.
• Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor insights, maintaining a deep understanding of key trends and issues impacting clients. Your commitment to continuous learning will fuel our collective success.

What You'll Bring to the Role

• Proven Track Record: Possess a minimum of 7-10+ years with a consistent track record of selling custom solutions to Marketing organizations, demonstrating sales excellence and delivering tangible results.
• Production Expertise: Exhibit a strong understanding of production, encompassing both traditional and emerging capabilities, including immersive production and XR technologies, to effectively communicate value propositions to internal and external audiences.
• Strategic Mindset: Showcase experience in leading complex transactions, sales, and partnerships, coupled with a high level of intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand partner businesses.
• Collaborative Spirit: Excel in team environments, serving as a liaison across various Shutterstock organizations, including Sales, Production, Product, and Marketing, to drive collective success.
• Technological Acumen: Demonstrate proficiency in SalesForce or competitive CRM platforms, coupled with a deep understanding of the media/production landscape, including immersive production and XR technologies.

The pay range for this position is below:
• 180,000 - 240,000 per year in New York

Note: Commission-eligible roles are expressed as on-target earnings (base and commission). Non-commission roles are expressed as base salary only but are also eligible for annual incentives.
