As a Senior Product Manager focused on Facilities Experience, you will lead the strategy and execution for the facility-facing side of our healthcare marketplace. You'll own how healthcare facilities engage with our platform - making it easier to post shifts, manage compliance, and collaborate internally with sales, revenue, and support teams to deliver value to facility administrators. This role will require balancing marketplace dynamics with B2B product expertise, ensuring that facilities have the necessary tools to succeed while driving marketplace growth and revenue. You'll be accountable for delivering measurable outcomes that improve facility adoption, retention, and satisfaction, working closely with our Revenue and Sales teams, as well as stakeholders across the business.

Where you'll work

To be considered for this position, you must be located in the United States. You can choose between remote work and working from one of our offices in Austin, Dallas, or Cleveland. Occasional travel to one of these offices may be required for in-person collaboration, team events, or strategic planning sessions.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and communicate the facilities roadmap, aligning it to business objectives, revenue opportunities, and facility user needs.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure the product strategy is tightly connected to commercial success.
  • Lead continuous discovery with facility administrators and staffing managers, uncovering pain points in workflows, compliance, and shift posting.
  • Drive execution across the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring facility-facing features meet our high bar for usability, value, and business impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, legal, and finance to deliver solutions that improve facility operations and marketplace liquidity.
  • Drive measurable outcomes, using data and feedback loops to demonstrate impact on facility adoption, revenue growth, and user satisfaction.
  • Support pilots and beta programs with facilities to validate product-market fit and de-risk investments before scaling.
  • Foster alignment and accountability across teams, ensuring sales and product remain tightly integrated in solving customer problems.

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B environment (SaaS or marketplace), with a track record of delivering business outcomes.
  • Proven experience collaborating with sales and revenue teams to align product strategy with go-to-market execution.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across functions, including leadership, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities while driving consensus and clarity.
  • Evidence of being a self-starter who can identify problems, own them, and deliver solutions.
  • Analytical mindset, able to leverage data and insights to inform product decisions and show measurable impact.
