The Role

The Sales Operations Solutions Consultant is a key player in driving revenue growth and client satisfaction. This role collaborates closely with the sales team and internal stakeholders to conduct thorough assessments and customize solutions that address unique business challenges. With a focus on driving sales performance, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing client support, the Sales Solutions Consultant plays a pivotal role in expanding the company's Sales practice and fostering long-term client relationships.

Where you'll work

This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office at our Irving, Texas location.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborates closely with the stakeholders, understanding their business objectives, pain points, and requirements. Conducts thorough assessments to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement, positioning our solutions as the ideal fit for their needs.
  • Utilizes expertise to customize demonstrations and presentations that showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions. Tailors approach to address each stakeholders' unique requirements, illustrating how our offerings can streamline their workflows, improve data visibility, and drive business outcomes.
  • Takes a consultative approach to sales operations, conducting in-depth discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand their challenges and objectives. Provide strategic recommendations and propose comprehensive Salesforce solutions that align with their goals, ultimately driving value and ROI for their organization.
  • Serves as the primary Salesforce subject matter expert, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the platform to drive sales and provide strategic guidance to clients. Stays updated on the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants, to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. Collaborates on solution design, implementation planning, and post-implementation support to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Creates and maintains accurate, detailed sales dashboards and reports.
  • Drives revenue growth by consistently assisting the revenue team with their sales opportunities with client accounts and prospect accounts. Assists in identification for upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing client accounts, maximizing revenue potential and fostering long-term partnerships..
  • Provides timely and responsive ad hoc Sales Support as needed.

What you'll need

  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement and knowledge of short and extended sales cycles
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Google Slides, EXCEL, Google Sheets, and Macintosh systems, as well as general knowledge of Salesforces
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in sales and marketing is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with a type of business analytics tool is preferred but not required.
  • Limited knowledge of graphic design would be a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for excellence in execution, with an eye for quality and detail.
  • You are self-motivated and eager to establish a solid foundation for your career.
  • The ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
