The role
We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team to build and support our current and future business growth. As an Implementation Specialist I you'll be responsible for being the main point of contact for the customer throughout the implementation process. In this role, you will work on small to medium sized projects with varying complexities.
Where you'll work
This is a hybrid role in Cleveland, OH and requires in-office collaboration.
What you'll be doing
- Proven ability to execute the necessary components of a software project (Project manage, set-up, train)
- Full understanding of the OnShift suite of products and integrated systems, ultimately working to exceed customer expectations at the highest level
- Create detailed project plan and effectively coordinates resources and the activities to the team to meet project milestones
- Ensure project milestones and dates are on track and communicate any changes in a timely manner, seeking escalate / guidance when needed
- Conduct discovery meetings with key customer stakeholders to determine functional requirements for the implementation
- Create, set-up, and document the new client instance. Ensure proper and consistent documentation is saves in a shared location and communicated to the appropriate CS team members
- Perform onsite or webinar-based training on the OnShift suite products to clients
What you'll need
- At least 2 years of software implementation and training experience; equivalent work experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Salesforce and Project Planning Software (MS Project, SmartSheet, TaskRay, etc.)
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Project management experience preferred
- Exceptional customer centric focus
- Must work well with a team
- Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
