What You’ll Do:




  • Lead statewide quality improvement initiatives




  • Oversee compliance, audits, and incident reporting




  • Support operations with investigations & process improvements




  • Train and coach staff on quality standards




  • Improve participant satisfaction and outcomes




What We’re Looking For:




  • Active MA RN (preferred) or LPN license




  • 3–5 years’ experience with DPH regulations (Adult Day Health a plus)




  • Leadership or supervisory background




  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
