Sr. Graphic Designer, Demand Generation

This role will report into the Demand Gen Creative Services team. The Demand Gen Marketing team, Product Marketing team and Growth team, will be the designer’s primary business partners. This designer has a strong background in digital advertising, website experiences, and other digital campaigns. They will incorporate brand & creative strategy, as relayed from the Brand & Creative Services team, and provide design support and quality assurance for the Demand Gen Creative team. Their day-to-day will consist of execution of work but also providing guidance and  feedback on work for their direct report(s). 

As our Sr. Graphic Designer you will:

  • Create world class, scroll stopping ads that drive action
  • Will report into the Program Manager (PM) on the Demand Gen (DG) Creative Services team
  • Partnering with the PM, represent the DG Creative Services team in Demand Gen (DG) and other Marketing Partners initiatives
  • Focus will be on all Marketing/DG digital experiences for ServiceTitan
  • Will partner with the Sr. Designer on the Brand & Creative Services (BCS) team on implementation of style guides  and quality assurance of ST Brand execution by the Demand Gen Creative team (DGC)
  • Collaborate with the UI/UX designer and BCS  to ensure brand integrity throughout the company website, landing pages, and overall digital user experience 
  • Provide coaching, guidance, visual direction and leadership for Jr. level designers within the DG Creative Services team
  • Participation in  formal creative reviews with DG Creative and Brand & Creative Services team to ensure quality and consistency
  • Design original graphic content, illustrations, infographics for key art on campaigns
  • Proactively provide ideas to elevate the creative, striving for world-class, across campaigns, website, digital advertising, and other demand gen activities
  • Work closely with the Brand & Creative Services team to understand the evolution of the company brand and relay changes and/or feedback to the DGC team and DG initiatives
  • Knowledge of printing procedures, digital/channel requirements, photography, illustration and verbal and written communication

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience
  • Plus not mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Art/Communications/Design
  • Expert understanding of all advertising channels: web, email, social, digital advertising, events/tradeshows, production, print advertising, and presentations
  • Illustrates concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
  • Has great interpersonal relationship skills for higher-level executive and client interactions
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign)
  • Expert in creating assets for multiple campaigns across all social media platforms, digital advertising, website, HTML 5, aka all digital experiences
  • Must have incredible presentation-creation skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong knowledge of digital photography, motion graphics and retouching
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to the team and learning along the way
  • Able to listen and understand feedback, and then implement that feedback into their work. (Able to communicate feedback during creative reviews as well)
  • Fluency in the principles and practices of design composition, typographic hierarchy, illustration and production
  • Other programs: Figma, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Asana, Bannersnack and Keynote
