Quality Analyst, Sales

Glendale, CA

As a Quality Analyst, you will: 

  • Study and understand detailed workflows for the function you support
  • Work with the functional management team to establish quality scorecards that measure process, solution, product knowledge, industry knowledge and skills
  • Establish rubrics for scoring guides that can be used by any scorer
  • Conduct quality reviews that may include manual audits of records and calls to analyze trends for improvement opportunities
  • Work with Enablement Managers on new hire onboarding to ensure new hires are meeting a high quality bar before beginning their job duties
  • Report out on findings and recommend corrective actions
  • Conduct proactive smart audits that identify areas of improvement or prevent potential issues in current processes 
  • Conduct ad hoc audits on request from other departments

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Entry level experience, specifically in quality and/or process improvement
  • Knowledge of process improvement disciplines like Lean, Kaizen a plus
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Self-starter, works independently and maintains positive, enthusiastic attitude
  • Deep curiosity to understand root cause of issues
