Job Description

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team and lead the creation and design of executive-level materials that represent our Marquee brand through value, sophistication, and impact.
The Senior Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in extending the visual identity of our Marquee Business with a focus on creating executive-level materials that effectively communicate purpose to our customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional design skills, a keen eye for detail, and expertise in integrating AI technologies into the design process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in graphic design, a proven track record of producing high-quality executive-level materials, and the ability to continually raise the bar and deliver world-class experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, create, and produce executive-level materials, including presentations, videos, web, decks, proposals, videos, and other strategic assets.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and audience.
- Develop design strategies and concepts that align with the company's brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to target audiences.
- Possess ability to think and work in multiple mediums beyond PowerPoint (ex: digital, video, web)
- Integrate AI technologies into the design process to enhance creativity and improve the effectiveness of executive-level materials.
- Execute the entire design process from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality, polished deliverables that meet stakeholder expectations and deadlines.
- Stay abreast of design trends, best practices, and emerging AI technologies to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of executive-level materials.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all executive-level materials reflect the company's brand values and Marquee tone and visual identity.
- Present design concepts and proposals to senior leadership and stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design decisions and incorporating feedback as needed.
Qualifications
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on creating executive-level materials for corporate environments.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Experience integrating AI technologies and tools into the design process to enhance creativity and efficiency.
- Exceptional design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and composition.
- Proven track record of design projects from concept to completion, with a portfolio showcasing executive-level materials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
