What the role is
The Security role works and report directly to the Security Supervisor. This position is in charge of maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
What you will be doing
- Support the good functioning of the hotel in order to improve the customer experience
- Make minor and major repairs to the hotel equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance procedures on a scheduled basis.
- Complete lists of daily, weekly and monthly reviews on the creation of equipment maintenance procedures and maintain a record of scheduled maintenance procedures.
- Ensure that all rooms are serviced according to standards.
- Notify your superiors of any damage, changes or malfunctions.
- Deal with customer complaints / requests with professionalism and patience
- Guarantee the security of the property and its clients during the day and night
- Report any irregularities in the property of Location Manager
- Support for the management of suppliers.
