What the role is
Bar Master in a position on Supervising and controlling all the activities in the Bar of each location focusing on auditing on the bartenders, accounting, inventory, good quality.
What you will be doing
Supervising and controlling the attendance of each bartenders.
Supervising and coordinating the working hours of Bartenders.
Supervising the Image and the Good Service of Bartenders.

Supervising the cleaning of the bar and all utensils that belong to the bar or are involved with the Service of Bottles and drinks.
Carrying the Weekly Inventory of Liquors and products used in the Bar.
Reporting failures of work equipment of the bar.
Responsible for receiving, accounting and storing all products that arrive to the bar, such as Bottles, Fruits, Concentrates, Ice, Ice Cream, Ice Blades, etc.
Responsible that the bar is completely full with products for the entire shift
Controlling the output of Cocktails and drinks, in order to control waste, and percentages based on more or less sold products.
Making sure that all of the bar equipment is well cleaned and maintained.
Ensure that all protocols are performed according to brand standards.
He reports to the the F&B Manager & Supervisors
What you need for the role
Demonstrable experience of delivering excellent customer service
Effective communication skills
Experience in bars and knowledge in cocktails
Ability to work within team and supervise a team
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent customer care skills
Must be the Service master.
Must be expert on detail and focused on the client.
Must be a Problem solver expert.
