Join our team as a Manufacturing Operations Manager at the West Plant on the largest frozen pizza manufacturing campus in the world, located in Salina, KS. In this leadership role you’ll lead multiple production lines and oversee a team of production supervisors with responsibility to drive safety, quality, and system execution while championing continuous improvement and loss elimination. Your leadership will be key to achieving business results and advancing company goals. Scheduled hours for this role are 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm but flexibility is key to provide flexible support across shifts as needed to meet production demands.

Responsibilities
• Partner with the Sr. Manufacturing Manager to set priorities and deliver business objectives across multiple production systems.
• Lead daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and cost goals are met.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives, including root-cause problem solving, loss elimination, and annual productivity projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, scheduling, and resource utilization.
• Serve as the primary communication link between line operations and plant leadership, sharing updates, changes, and initiatives.
• Monitor and manage departmental costs, variances, and key performance metrics.
• Develop and coach supervisors and operators to build technical and leadership capabilities.
• Maintain accuracy in data management, order processing, and reporting.
• Champion a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 plus years of related experience.
• Drive collaboration between shifts and strengthening cross-departmental relationships to improve communication and efficiency.
• Proven experience in embracing change management and upholding a culture of continuous improvement.
• Highly proficient in motivating others, organization, negotiation, and communication.

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $73,500 to $122,500 annually with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
