Workforce Planning & Analytics - Experienced Professional

As a HR Data Analytics resource, you will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making and providing valuable insights into our organization's people-related processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Dashboards & Insights Generation: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders, including HR leaders, and Business Leaders. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility to support HR analytics initiatives.
  • Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Oracle Analytics Cloud, ThoughtSpot, or similar platforms. Present complex data in a simplified and understandable manner to facilitate data-driven discussions and presentations.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality by implementing data governance practices and working closely with data management teams. Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to maintain high data standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR partners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand their analytical needs and provide actionable insights. Act as a trusted advisor in translating business requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Training and Education: Create training materials and deliver training sessions to equip HR teams and end-users with the necessary skills and knowledge to leverage HR analytics tools and reports. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption and utilization.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor the progress and effectiveness of change management activities. Collect feedback and assess the impact of change initiatives on HR processes, employee engagement, and overall organizational performance. Make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, data manipulation, and statistical techniques.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like OAC, ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and metrics, such as employee engagement, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Python, or R is advantageous.
    • Understanding of data governance and data management best practices.
