Overview
As a Warehouse Skilled Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials throughout our production facility. Your primary responsibilities will include the physical and transactional movement of materials, operating specialized equipment, and maintaining accurate records of shipments and deliveries

Working Conditions
• Environment: Work environment includes both indoor factory settings and outdoor yard areas, with strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Physical requirements: Lift up to 50lbs and ability to work on ladders. Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and sit for extended periods of time.
• Overtime: Available and dependent on business volume and leadership approval.
• Salary: Competitive payrate

What You'll Do:
• Safely move production materials between locations and processes, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Operate Combo lifts and robotic systems to transport materials within the factory and to/from the yard.
• Pick and pull materials according to standard operating procedures.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and sign delivery receipts.
• Inspect deliveries for visual damage or shortages and document any discrepancies.
• Match internal shipments to packing lists, verifying quantity and quality.
• Label and allocate deliveries to designated storage or production areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-3 years of experience in material handling or warehouse operations.
• Strong adaptability and ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
• Proven multitasking skills while maintaining high productivity.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret packing slips, shipping labels, and inventory documents.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
• Hands-on experience with electrical tools and basic assembly techniques.
• Comfortable operating electrical tools and assembling parts according to specifications.
