We are seeking a Virtual Sales Team Manager to head up this talented and digital group.

The Virtual Sales Team Manager based in Budapest and leads a team of Virtual Sales, Lead Generation and Sales Support team members, located in Europe, where Budapest has a key role. This team are empowered to work in a hybrid work model and have a vital role to play in the building and maintaining the sales pipeline and customer satisfaction of our Install Base customers.

What will you do?
  • Coach direct reports regarding prospecting and strategies to drive business closure
  • Define clear sales quota and platforming
  • Secure customer satisfaction; overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer
  • Support Team will all People related campaign including career development and wellbeing
  • Maintain a high level of interaction with key internal stakeholders, locally and globally
  • Maximize business opportunities and cross-selling
  • Report sales activity and maintain a set of metrics
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity
  • Participate in the preparation of analysis and reports on global field service performance
  • Services plan renewal rates for contracts


What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Proven experience in a similar position/scope (mainly in sales), ideally with team leader experience
  • "People First" Leadership mentality, with understanding of what motivates and engages our people
  • Understanding of the full sales cycle from prospecting, cold calling through to negotiation and closing
  • Knowledge of Schneider Electric services offers throughout the Asset Management Life Cycle
  • Digital acumen and a curiousity to learn
  • Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer
  • English language knowledge
  • Advantage: French language knowledge
  • Willingness for frequent travel (traveling to Bucharest quarterly)
