Virtual Sales Engineer-Gulf Graduate Program

Core Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Relationship Building
   • Engage with electricians, installers, and industrial clients to understand their technical needs.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
   • Develop and implement commercial strategies in collaboration with distribution partners.
   • Drive sales growth by promoting Schneider Electric's LV and industrial product portfolio.
   • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
3. Technical Support & Solution Design
   • Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations.
   • Offer tailored solutions based on customer requirements.
   • Support hardware/software used in electrical power monitoring and automation.
4. Digital Enablement
   • Conduct webinars, online demos, and virtual trainings.
   • Promote Schneider Digital Solutions
   • Use CRM tools and virtual platforms to manage customer interactions and pipeline.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting
   • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
   • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts.
   • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

• Required Qualifications
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, or related field).
  • Strong technical knowledge of LV systems, industrial automation, and digital platforms is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Remote or hybrid setup with occasional on-site visits.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams across Schneider Electric's business units.
