About the Role
As a Virtual & Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving internal sales processes. You'll manage service contracts, support field sales teams, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and professional service delivery.
What will you do?
Sales Operations
- Handle inbound leads and support field sales teams with service opportunities.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations for MV & LV service solutions.
- Close sales and ensure smooth handover to operations.
Service Contracts
- Initiate and renew service agreements tailored to customer needs.
- Define SLA terms, pricing, and commercial conditions.
- Track contract lifecycle and ensure timely renewals.
Spare Parts Sales
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate spare parts.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics for availability and pricing.
- Issue quotes and manage order processing.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate customer records, opportunities, and activities.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with service sales managers, service reps, and engineering teams.
- Support OSSR sales teams with documentation and customer insights.
Process Improvement & KPIs
- Propose improvements to sales and service workflows.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
What makes you successful for this role?
- Experience in inside sales, preferably in industrial or technical services.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
