Where is the VIE Position
In our Dutch SE plant/offices (Helmond). Hall 1 is delivering Products from SE Transactional business to the Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and Austria market, while Secure Power division is delivering full EMEA.
What is the Position?
You will be Transport & Custom Specialist and Support and represent the Transport Europe team in the Smartlog DC on their needs related to Transport and relationship with Transportation suppliers for Road .
Smartlog DC is 2 DC in one, with great Warehousing technology and upcoming transformations which will shape SE future Supply Chaim. It has great office facilities (own canteen, own desk office with monitor/notebook, adjustable desks, free coffee and safe/organized operational shop-floor environment. It is located at 15 km from Eindhoven (biggest city nearby/own airport - high number of expats) and 5 km from Helmond center. It is accessible by bike, train, and a parking lot is available at premises.

You will have high interaction with local teams: Operations and Quality.
Which missions will you lead?
- Create weekly and monthly reports regarding Transport Performance (OTDT, DCR, POD, IOD, etc)
- Co-ordinate transport topics between carriers and Warehouse
- Support to implement Transport Plans between methods, Order Management, CCC and Warehouse
- Lead and manage daily exception management to mitigate further disruptions
- Help to optimize operations to ensure CO2 and cost reduction with Customer satisfaction improvement
- Lead or support local operational initiatives and projects
What are the qualifications we are looking for?
Education:
- Master's degree in business or in Engineering
- Background in planning or operations
- Fluent English
Work experience:
- 1-2 years' experience in planning or operations
