VIE - Procurement Change Owner - Budapest

Today Dabas, Hungary

As a recent graduate, you'll step into a developmental role that bridges supplier management and strategic procurement.

You'll be supported by experienced professionals while taking ownership of exciting projects:

  • Work closely with Category Managers to define supplier requirements and contribute to strategic planning
  • Help implement procurement strategies within your cluster
  • Build and manage the Annual Procurement Operational Plan (APOP)
  • Negotiate agreements with suppliers and support global sourcing initiatives
  • Lead projects focused on supplier changes and value engineering
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure quality standards are met
  • Share lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Support business continuity and supplier relationship management (SRM)

Education:
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field

Experience:
Up to 2 years of internship or apprenticeship experience in procurement or supply chain (intership or apprenticeship included)

Skills & Tools:
  • Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent in English
  • SAP will be a plus

Personal Qualities:
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
