The position is located in Puente la Reina, next to Pamplona, Spain, in multicultural team within dynamic &
challenging environment.
Which missions will you lead?
As Process Automation & IT Engineer, within the methods and maintenance department, you will be part of the digitalization and smart factory team responsible for the achievement of Schneider Electric's SMART program. Your main missions will be:
- Manage / coach Smart tools/Apps implementation and ensure the adoption in the plant.
- Spread Smart Apps knowledge in the team to support Direct Labor Productivity.
- Implement adaptation on the processes and manufacturing workstation for existing products by improving the industrial performance, in manual process, automatic process & PLC (Programmable Logic Control).
- Ensure the deployment of Schneider performance system principles and implements Lean/6 Sigma tools.
- Participate in the SIM2 of their sector(s) and address necessary actions to quickly remove barriers.
- Manage the capacities vs workload balance with the dedicated tools (Q simulation, Capacity simulation) in internal and external lines.
- Optimize Lead Times and assure capacity of the lines.
- Study the feasibility & profitability of investments adapted to the needs.
- Participate in the deployment of the Smart factory program in the plant, reaching the advanced level.
- Participate in the paperless factory project.
- Participate in the visual management level up of the plant.
- Deploy AVEVA PI in the plant manufacturing lines.

What are the qualifications we are looking for?
Education: Master's degree in telecommunications or Engineering
Work experience: Preferably 2+ years as Industry 4.0 engineer or process engineer (internship or apprenticeship)
Skills:
- Microsoft Office (above average skills) esp.
- Programming, understanding programming languages
- Knowledge in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT): Handling big data, Internet of Things (IoT), and simulation.
- Tableau / BI, Data management: Skill in analyzing and using data to improve processes and make informed decisions.
Requested languages : English and Spanish full professional capacity.
Personal abilities or skills:
- Flexibility and Ability to change focus and adapt to evolving environment
- Ability to motivate, influence, enable and facilitate problem solving
- Adept in working with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams
- Articulate and persuasive in both oral and written communication
