Where is the Position?
This position is based in Orebro, Sweden, in the Northern Europe, within a multicultural team in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Which missions will you lead?
As a Nordics transport coordinator, you will belong to the Logistics team and will provide support to transportation team. Your main missions will be:
- Perform analysis of main KPIs related transport (on time delivery, customer claims, cost efficiency) and identify reasons for non-performance.
- Drive continuous improvement actions with freight forwarders and with internal stakeholders to ensure KPIs meet targeted levels.
- Manage freight invoice control process.
- Assist with creation of spot quotations send out to freight forwarders.
- Work on master data in SAP, such as creation of new transport lanes or update of transit times.
- Help to ensure smooth execution of shipments all along the supply chain flows.

What are the qualifications we are looking for?
Education: Master's degree in Logistic / Supply Chain Management.
Work experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in Logistic/ Transportation management/ Supply Chain Planning (internship/apprenticeship included).
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with structured and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to convince people & collaborate with people.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus/ Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international transport is a plus.
Requested languages : Fluent English
