Where is the Position?

The position is located in Hoofdorp in Netherlands, in Heavy Industries Sustainable Plastics Marketing Team which is a multicultural team within dynamic & challenging environment.

Which missions will you lead?

As a Marketing Lead, you are a part of the strategic initiative in the Heavy Industries segment and in particular in the Energies & Chemicals sub-segment. You will play a key role in supporting the development of Schneider business in the area of plastic circularity from a marketing standpoint. Your main missions will be:

  1. Presentation Development:
  • Create impactful presentations for various thought leadership events.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure presentations align with our value proposition and strategic goals.
  • Participation to establishing the marketing plan and follow up in line with strategy and business plan.

  1. Business Opportunity Tracking:
  • Help track and report on business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the Strategy team to develop and refine our business plan and strategy roadmap across various work streams.
  1. Plastic Circularity Events:
  • Assist in the preparation and participate in Plastic Circularity events.
  • Learn to become a Schneider ambassador, representing our commitment to sustainability and circular economy principles.
  1. Internal Training Support:
  • Support the preparation of internal training sessions for Sales and Community calls.
  • Ensure training materials are comprehensive and align with our strategic objectives.


What are the qualifications we are looking for?

Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering (Chemical preferred).

Work experience: At least 1 year of experience in marketing - industrial is a plus (internship/apprenticeship included).

Skills:
  • Microsoft Office 365 package.
  • Market Intelligence tools: experience on market research, projects databases (IIR, EIC, GlobalData, 2be1st...), as well as CRMs is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requested languages : Fluent English.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
