Join our dynamic Nordic & Baltic Business Finance team as a Junior Business Finance Transactional Controller through the VIE program. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a multicultural environment while contributing to impactful financial operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Support Performance Management:

    • Assist with monthly closing activities for our transactional businesses and countries.
    • Contribute to monthly performance analysis and forecasting exercises.
    • Participate in recurring financial simulations (Country P&L, quarterly landing, etc.).

Be a Key Player in Transactional Finance:
    • Deliver accurate and insightful analysis to support strategic decisions.
    • Prepare rebate payouts and consolidate rebate overviews for the zone.
    • Review credit notes and collaborate with Country CFOs on month-end accruals.
    • Provide support on audit topics within your scope.

Drive Transformation:
    • Support key transformation initiatives within the Transactional Business Finance team

Required Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools; SAP knowledge is a plus.
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written); other Nordic or Baltic languages are a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
    • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
    • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team success.
