Where is the Position?
This position is based in Budapest, Hungary, in the Eastern Europe, within a multicultural team in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Which missions will you lead?
As an Indirect Procurement Manager, you will drive sourcing strategy, ensure compliance, manage supplier performance, and support key initiatives to optimize spend and deliver productivity targets. Your main missions will be:
- Build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders to understand their needs. Identify and propose changes to secure projects with those Stakeholders to reduce spend and deliver the Country P&L Productivity Targets.
- Drive compliance with Global strategies and Supplier Agreements.
- Perform IP Strategic Sourcing actions and Negotiate through the HUB to perform in SSP-SRM, Contractual & Commercial negotiations with Legal for the Preferred Supplier Agreements.
- Conduct Business Reviews with Strategic Contracts. Manage supplier breach of contract escalations. Identify development plan, determine termination, and exit strategy with senior stakeholders were necessary.
- Define the countries way of buying and Triage model
- Ensure Indirect Procurement compliance in your country IP.01- IP.08 and complete the KICs Audit for Country
- Responsible to perform indirect procurement strategic sourcing productivity actions in support of Europe regional strategic priorities.
- Support critical company initiatives including Improvement Payment terms, Sustainability, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, ISO26000, etc

What are the qualifications we are looking for?
Education: Master's in Procurement / Sales / Supply chaind
Work experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement (internship/apprenticeship included)
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with structured and service-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
Requested languages : Fluent English

- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and during busy periods.
- Open-minded, flexible, and sociable personality.
- Quick adaptability to new environments.
- Motivated to drive change and contribute innovative ideas.
