Where is the Position?
This position is based in Mungia, closed to Bilbao in Spain, in the southern Europe, within a multicultural team in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Which missions will you lead?
A s a Flow Controller in Supply Chain, you will lead the following missions:
- Manage relationships and visits with suppliers.
- Ensure on-time delivery of orders.
- Analyze delays and develop new suppliers.
- Collaborate with the downstream team to identify process risks.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the Supply Chain team and suppliers.
- Coordinate with Purchasing to align strategies.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions, as well as develop strategies and action plans to increase supplier capacity.
- Ensure optimal service level from suppliers.

What are the qualifications we are looking for?
Education: Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Logistics
Work experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics (internship/apprenticeship included)
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite /Tableau.
- Analytical mindset with structured and service-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
Requested languages : Fluent English

- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and during busy periods.
- Open-minded, flexible, and sociable personality.
- Quick adaptability to new environments.
- Motivated to drive change and contribute innovative ideas.
