The position is located in Oslo, Norway in Northern Europe, in multicultural team within dynamic & challenging environment.
Which missions will you lead?
As Environment & Sustainability Data Manager, your role will be articulated around 2 main domains: Product environmental data management and Building and energy data management. Your main missions will be:
- Environmental Data Zone SPOC - approx. 30% of time
- Act as the main contact for environmental and legal data, supporting internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Define and maintain processes to manage compliance, track regulations, and prepare for upcoming legal changes.

- Analytics - approx. 20% of time
- Develop dashboards and perform data analysis to uncover insights, identify gaps, and support business decisions.
- Monitor environmental compliance trends and benchmark performance to guide strategic priorities.
- Data Collection - approx. 30% of time
- Coordinate sustainability data collection across sites, suppliers, and partners to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Lead or support digitalization of energy monitoring systems to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
- Data Analysis - approx. 20% of time
- Analyze sustainability data to track performance, explain variances, and support continuous improvement.
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and inform strategic decisions on emissions, energy, and waste.
What are the qualifications we are looking for?
Education: Master's degree in data analyst/ data management.
Work experience: At least 1year of experience of data management in the Environment & Sustainability field (internship/apprenticeship included)
Skills:
- Strong skill in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel / knowledge of Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of environment data (PEP/EPD/ ROHS, REACH, SCIP, CAS) & various EU regulation/ packaging directive is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP, PIM Tools, AWS is a plus.
Requested languages : Fluent English, German is a plus.
