We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our BeNe Pricing cluster team. In this strategic role, you will transform data into actionable insights that drive business performance, working closely with cross-functional and international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Conduct gap analyses between local and global data sources, identifying discrepancies and root causes.
- Develop and maintain data models, databases, and reporting systems.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Design and deliver clear, impactful reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of data-driven strategies and initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.
- Provide regular and ad hoc analysis and reporting to management.
- Independently manage dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy by promptly addressing inconsistencies or anomalies.
- Master's degree in Data analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
- First experience in data analytics, preferably in pricing.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Advanced Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is essential; knowledge of SQL, Pfx, and CPQ.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI.
- Strong skills in data acquisition, cleaning, visualization, and insight generation.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of projects.
- Fluent in English, Dutch will be a plus.
