Where is the Position?

This position is based in Budapest, Hungary, in the Eastern Europe, within a multicultural team in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Which missions will you lead?

As a Central upstream planning leader, you will Organize the upstream flows with the suppliers to improve the supplier Supply Chain performance (S-OTD & UBOL + stocks) for a group of plants. Your main missions will be:

  • Support the Service Improvement through specific actions and processes.
  • Lead the cold loop process for the top offenders & major supplier crisis
  • Follow the cash performance for the group of plants. Lead initiatives with suppliers to improve upstream service and cash performance.
  • Manage Logistic Terms & Conditions in the name of the supported plants
  • Set and release suppliers forecast and animate the improvement loop
  • Lead the continuous improvement loop with the suppliers and the deployment/usage by the suppliers of Schneider Electric Web portal (SSP)
  • Lead or support specific Supply Chain Projects (transfer, new product...)
  • Contribute to improve the plant Supply Chain Competency on processes and tools

What are the qualifications we are looking for?

Education: Master's degree in supply chain management or procurement.

Work experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, SC Planning, Replenishment, Manufacturing, Supplier management (or Procurement) (internship/apprenticeship included).

Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with structured and service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to convince people & collaborate with people.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.


Requested languages : Fluent English

Personal abilities or skills:
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines and during busy periods.
  • Open-minded, flexible, and sociable personality.
  • Quick adaptability to new environments.
  • Motivated to drive change and contribute innovative ideas.
