Your Mission:
As a Adoption & Enablement Leader, you will support the deployment of our flagship service offer, EcoCare, and help optimize the performance of our European operations hub in Serbia. You will work on strategic initiatives to drive adoption, improve collaboration, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adoption & Transformation
- Drive adoption of new features, software, and tools
- Monitor change management and user engagement
- Promote best practices and support local teams
- Performance Improvement
- Assess country maturity (customer satisfaction, monitoring, etc.)
- Launch performance models for various offers
- Benchmark hubs and lead continuous improvement in Serbia
- Support revenue generation through monitoring services
- Operations Optimization

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency

- Promote the Novi Sad hub during customer visits

- Share best practices across the European hub
- Lead steering committees and highlight customer success stories
- Support skill development and team empowerment
- Master's degree (Business School, Engineering, or equivalent) with a focus on marketing, project management, or digital transformation
- First successful internship or apprenticeship experience
- Fluent in English and another European language
- Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of generative AI is a plus
- Interest in technology and IoT
- Familiarity with Lean management and continuous improvement is a plus
