Overview: As the VP Home & Distribution Switzerland, you will be responsible for the strategic development and growth of the Home & Distribution sector in Switzerland. Your focus will be on Product/Offer Management, Channel Management, Innovation, Channel Sales Distribution and Electricians. You will ensure that operational performance and goals align with the overall business objectives and strategy. You will lead the team as one unit, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a long-term strategy to strengthen the growth and competitiveness of the Home & Distribution sector (including strengthening all Brands: Feller, Schneider, APC..) in Switzerland by saturating the different Channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and market prospects in line with corporate goals.
- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellence and foster an inspiring corporate culture.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners to promote corporate growth.
- Drive innovation and recognize opportunities in a constantly changing market environment (e.g. deploy new go to market like E-Commerce & DIY)
- Ensure cultural integration into the Schneider Electric Group.
- Oversee Product/Offer Management and R&D ensuring the development and launch of competitive products, especially around digital solution for smart home (knx, wiser..).
- Manage distribution channels effectively to maximize market reach and sales.
- Collaborate with electricians and other key partners like Home Builder, Real Estate Investors to enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Dotted line responsibility for the Plant and Industrialization

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership position in strategic management and change management.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to create a motivating environment.
- Deep understanding of the Home & Distribution industry and market conditions.
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, especially in stakeholder management.
- Willingness to innovate and the ability to drive new ideas forward.
- Experience in Product/Offer Management, Channel Management, and working with electricians is highly desirable.
