We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Treasury Manager to oversee and manage treasury operations across the BeNe region and support the E-star Joint Venture. This role consists in ensuring effective cash flow management, financial governance, and strategic coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

What will you do?
  • Act as the Treasury Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the BeNe region.
  • Manage cash and treasury flows across Belgium and the Netherlands.
  • Oversee bank account and payment approvals (including platforms such as TRAX and Isabel).
  • Review and validate project cash curves and ensure alignment with financial forecasts.
  • Lead the quarterly cash flow review process for the BeNe region.
  • Serve as the owner of treasury processes, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate financial review meetings and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate board activities of 2 entities.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Big 4 professional experience in treasury and banking is highly valued.
  • An experience in treasury, finance, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong controlling and cash mindset, with a focus on financial discipline and forecasting
  • Experience with treasury tools such as TRAX, Isabel, or similar systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
